I'm a behavioral economist, working on promoting integrity in business as a Senior Research Associate at the University of Zurich. In parallel, as an Associate Director Behavioral Science within the global Ethics, Risk & Compliance team of Novartis, I've led global ethics surveys and organizational behavior studies to promote ethical culture and responsible decision-making among employees and managers.
Since 2026, I've been developing my independent research agenda as an Academic Excellence Fellow at the University of Zurich. You can read more about my work in this recent interview.
This year, I've also enjoyed giving several invited talks on my research at ETH Zurich, Humboldt University of Berlin, Stockholm School of Economics in Riga, and University of Zurich. Next, I'll give invited talks at the Ethics & Compliance Switzerland Annual Conference in Zurich and at the Research & Policy Lab of the University of Bremen.
