I'm a behavioral economist, currently working on promoting honesty in business as a Postdoctoral Researcher within the Initiative in Sustainable Finance at the University of Zurich. In parallel, as an Associate Director Behavioral Science within the global Ethics, Risk & Compliance team of Novartis, I've lead global ethics surveys and organizational behavior studies to promote ethical culture and responsible decision-making among employees and managers.
